Our Products

Pretty Little Dazzle offers DIY rhinestone art kits and related products.

Because our products are DIY, each finished piece will be unique. Results may vary depending on rhinestone placement, application technique, adhesive use, and other factors.

We make every effort to accurately represent our products. However, colors may appear slightly different due to lighting, photography, screen settings, and natural variations in materials.

Kit Contents

The contents of each kit are listed on the applicable product page and may vary depending on the design selected.

Rhinestone quantities are approximate, and additional rhinestones may be included to help ensure you have enough to complete your project.

Please review the product description before purchasing.

Orders & Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

Payment is due at checkout. An order is considered confirmed once payment has been successfully processed.

Customers are responsible for reviewing their order and shipping information before completing checkout.

Changes & Cancellations

We begin preparing orders as quickly as possible.

If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at prettylittledazzle@gmail.com

We will make every reasonable effort to accommodate your request, but changes and cancellations cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered processing or fulfillment.

Shipping

Orders are generally processed within 5–7 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

Processing time is separate from shipping/transit time.

Returns & Refunds

Returns, refunds, damaged items, and incorrect orders are governed by our separate Refund & Return Policy.

DIY Product Disclaimer

Our product photos and completed projects are examples of what can be created with our kits.

Because every project is completed by the customer, Pretty Little Dazzle cannot guarantee that a customer's finished project will look identical to examples shown on our website or social media.

Safety

WARNING: SMALL PARTS — CHOKING HAZARD.

Our products may contain rhinestones and other small components.

Pretty Little Dazzle products are not toys. Keep all small components and adhesives away from babies, young children, and pets.

Any adhesive included with or recommended for a kit should be used according to the adhesive manufacturer's instructions and safety precautions.

Intellectual Property

The Pretty Little Dazzle name, logo, original photography, website content, written instructions, branding, packaging materials, and other original brand materials may not be copied, reproduced, redistributed, or commercially used without permission.

Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of Pretty Little Dazzle's intellectual property.

Any third-party trademarks, characters, names, artwork, or other intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners. Nothing in these Terms grants Pretty Little Dazzle rights that it does not otherwise possess.

Product Availability

All products are subject to availability.

We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, correct pricing or product information errors, or cancel orders when reasonably necessary, including because of inventory errors, payment problems, incorrect pricing, or suspected fraud.

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, the applicable amount will be refunded.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Pretty Little Dazzle is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from improper use or misuse of our products.

Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited.
